Looking back to 2012, under concerted efforts of management team and all employees of Everok Group International Forwarding Co., Ltd., you work aggressively, struggle hard amid difficulties, make every effort to expand the market and improve constantly brand recognition of this group and customer satisfaction. Thanks to your support and trust, we can achieve the hard-won business performance.
Facing the disadvantageous situation where the global economy constantly recedes and growth of China’s foreign trade continuously declines, we must have full confidence and strive for expanding domestic and foreign markets around core competitiveness of the Company on basis of earnestly carrying out “policy of 16 words”. In 2013, we must focus on solving problem of weak enforcement of the Company at present. Enforcement is “a lost link” between objective and result and gap between objective which the organization hopes to reach and actual capacity of realizing objectives. This problem must be solved properly.
Now I inform you of main working scheme of 2013 as follows in hope of getting your understanding and support:
1. Centering on building core competition of the Company to overall promote executive capacity of the Company
Executive force is a significant element which decides success and failure of enterprise and an important link which constitutes competition of enterprise. So to speak, core competition will not exist if there is no executable force!If business operation is to succeed, strategy and executive force shall be possessed at the same time. Although a lot of enterprises have good strategies, they fail finally as a result of lack of executive force. Competition in market is increasingly fierce. In most instances, difference between enterprises and rivals is executive force of both parties. Enhancement of core competition hinges on executive force. Implementation of executive force depends on whether employing right persons. Perfecting and putting assessment mechanism into practice is crux of ensuring employing right persons.
2. Centering on brand building of the Company to elevate customer satisfaction
The Company will keep on regarding brand build-up and brand operation as supreme operation objective of the Company.
Headquarters of the Company will set up Customer Service Center, which is operated by operator 400 call center (uniform telephone of Customer Service Center: 400-626-6000), and set up customer service line and other electronic approaches to constantly perfect customer service system of the Company. After correcting and upgrade of the Company’s websites, communication between enterprise and clients, enterprise and employees as well as employees will be more smooth and prompt and customer satisfaction for the Company will be enhanced. The Company will make great strides on increasing sales and market share and reducing costs. Therefore, the Company can promote clients’ loyalty for its brand and finally accumulate strong brand equity which will provide powerful safeguard for firmer relationship between enterprise and clients and between enterprise and employees.
We must firmly believe: excellent customer service is the foundation of constantly promoting customer satisfaction and reputation with a view to develop customer’s good loyalty.
3. Insisting in carrying out enterprise culture of “harmonious Company and happy working”
The Company will keep on pursuing enterprise culture of “harmonious Company and happy working” to offer employees with more stable work, more satisfactory income, more medical security, more beautiful working environment and more harmonious and happier working atmosphere.
